About Us
My name is Mr. John, and I am professionally known as Mr. Parrot. Together with my wife, I operate a family-run bird business based in Los Angeles, California, where we share an interest in breeding, caring for, and connecting people with companion parrots such as African Grey Parrots, Cockatoo Parrots, Amazon Parrots, Macaw Parrots, Cockatiels, ring neck parakeets
Our work involves understanding the different needs of parrots, from their daily routines and feeding requirements to their individual temperaments and social behavior. Every species has its own characteristics, and every bird has a personality of its own. We believe responsible bird care begins with recognizing these differences and providing appropriate attention to each bird.
Where Are Our Parrots Located
Our family breeding work is based in Los Angeles, California. However, because we also work with breeders in other parts of the United States, the location of an individual bird may differ from our own.
The needs of parrots vary according to their species, age, and individual circumstances. Suitable housing, fresh food and water, appropriate enrichment, cleanliness, and regular observation are important aspects of their daily care.
We believe responsible bird keeping involves consistent attention rather than focusing only on appearances. Observing behavior, maintaining appropriate living conditions, and recognizing changes in a bird’s normal routine all contribute to its well-being.
For birds sourced from other breeders, their previous housing and care arrangements may differ. We encourage customers to ask about the specific bird they are interested in so they can better understand its background before making a purchase.
